The goal of our program is to have you back in the game as soon as possible. Through the use of pain alleviating techniques (intramuscular stimulation, manipulation, manual therapy, electrical stimulation, therapeutic massage, and other modalities) we can help you reduce pain, increase flexibility and get you back in the game quickly. In addition, we prepare an individually designed exercise plan, teach you proper body mechanics that help strengthen your muscles and help prevent future injuries so you can safely return to sports and athletics.
It is important to make sure you are physically prepared to begin or return to sports. If you have had a sprain, bone fracture, strain, or other sports related injury, it's a good idea to make sure you are fully healed before attempting strenuous activity. If muscle weakness is an issue, we can help you build your strength back up so that you can play to your full potential. Staying active is important, but being careful about previous injuries and preventing future injuries will benefit you in the long run.
