Falls are a major concern for those over the age of 60 years old. Balance can decrease with age, and dizzy spells can become more frequent. As you age, the body becomes more fragile, so a simple fall can easily lead to broken bones.

Exercise and balancing activities are used to strengthen your muscles and practicing different stability exercises will help you become more confident and work towards your goal of increasing your balance and thus your safety.
