The best thing you can do for your body is to keep it moving. That is why we encourage you to exercise for life! If you are concerned about exercising on your own, worried you won't continue to do your exercises, or want to make sure you are doing your exercises correctly then E4Life is for you. E4Life is a fitness and wellness program that helps you become fit and increases your well-being. Through this program, you exercise in our facility in a supportive and safe environment. Our staff provides guidance, assistance, and, of course, motivation to keep you moving.
To get started, we evaluate your balance, endurance, flexibility, and strength. Next you create personal goals for yourself in the areas you wish to improve. We will customize your exercise program to help you achieve these goals, and we will keep encouraging you to reach those goals. Each 30 minute session you will work with a qualified individual who will help with you with your exercises and progressing you to the next exercise level. If you have questions or concerns, they are there to help!
It is never too late to start an exercise program, and we are more than happy to help you get started. E4Life is perfect for people who have never had an organized exercise program, but it's also great for people who exercise regularly and are looking for more effective workouts. Any fitness level is welcome!
