Effective Pain Management

Our bodies are faced with a great deal of stress throughout our lives, and this stress can translate into physical pain in the back, neck, jaw, arms, and legs. We can help provide you with a solution to a wide array of problems. 

Incontinence & Pelvic Floor Therapy

The pelvic floor is the group of muscles surrounding the pelvis, hips, abdomen, and lower back. These muscles work together for a variety of functions. The muscles in the pelvic floor work in coordination, which playing a crucial role in various bodily functions such as urinary and bowel control, sexual function, and stability of the spine and pelvis.

Oral Facial Pain and Headaches

Oral facial pain and headaches are two problems that require a thorough examination of your cervical spine, temporal mandibular joint (TMJ), and muscles related to each of these to determine why you are having pain. Problems such as TMJ and myofascial pain syndrome can cause headaches and oral facial pain.

Balance and Dizziness Problems

Have you fallen in the past 6 months due to dizziness or stumbling problems? If you answered yes, you may need to have your balance evaluated.

Triggerpoint Dry Needling

Each of our physical therapists have advanced credentialing in a technique known as Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN or Dry Needling).  While this technique is relatively new to the U.S., doctors and physical therapists have been using it in Canada and Europe with great results.  Leon Bradway has been using this technique with great results for almost 20 years and introduced it to the Brazos Valley several years ago.  Patient are often amazed at how quickly the technique works.

Electromyography (EMG) & Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) Tests

Dr. Bradway is one of the only physical therapists in the BCS area that is certified to perform EMG and NCV tests. These tests measure the electrical activity of muscles and nerves. These results can be beneficial in determining your best plan of care.
